Deși azi e sărbătoare și lumea nu lucrează, eu zic să nu rupem buna tradiție a motivaționalului de luni.

Apropo de cartile de self-help si metodele motivationale.

Tocmai ma pregateam sa-l trec la spam cand am vazut acolo exact ideile in care cred de mult si pe care le-am mai expus si in trecut , dar (nefiind de specialitate) nu le puteam sustine cu argumente atat de avizate.
@E: ce spune doamna psiholog acolo este corect (cel putin in masura in care pot eu aprecia)
insa e ca si cum as scrie eu un articol despre cresterea albinelor in clima temeperata (adica as putea sa spun generalitati cum ca albinele au nevoie de flori in jur, dar cu siguranta nici nu m-as apropia de esenta subiectului)
self help nu inseamna nici pe departe doar incredere in sine, inseamna mult mai multi factori
